TEM analysis of recrystallized recombinant mSbsC-EGFP. Recombinant mSbsC-EGFP was isolated from E. coli transformants, denatured with 5 M Gua-HCl, dialysed against dH2O, and the assembled structures were subjected to TEM-analysis. The cylindrical structures with a diameter of approximately 60 nm exhibit regular symmetry. bar = 1μm
