Shake flask cultivations of E. coli RV308 at 37°C with the EnBase system with different amounts of glucoamylase (a, d: 60; b, e: 30; c, f: 12 AGU L-1). pO2 and pH were analyzed in 12 sec intervals with the Senbit system. The spikes in the pO2 curves reflect intermediate stops of the shaker for sampling. Glucose and acetate were analysed as described in the Materials section.
